For the past 2 years the twins have wanted to ride a horse so badly! They have asked a number of times, and we just haven't made it happen...until now! If there's one thing there is plenty of in Middle Tennessee, it's horses! So for the twins birthday present, we got them a riding lesson, and one of their grandparents gave them money for a second lesson whenever they choose. We know they aren't going to get to ride all the time, but at least this gives them a little exposure to it, and I just can't tell you how much they loved it! Tenth birthday is one of our "special birthdays" in our family, so they got to spend the day that day having lunch with dad, going to pick out their first nice pocket knife, and having some good "young man" talking with daddy. Then it was off to their horseback riding lesson for the afernoon. Once they got home, we all surprised them with a cookie cake (David doesn't like regular cake!) Love some of these pictures, and I can't believe how quickly my boys are growing up!!
